Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meeting clients to brief product through presentations and site visits
  • Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
  • Following up with clients towards sales closures.
  • Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
  • Prompt post-sales servicing for all paperwork and collections
  • Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times and pursue referral opportunities from existing customers
  • Be accountable for achieving sales targets
  • Managing and motivating sales executives to meet sales targets
  • Help to Plan, develop, and execute sales & marketing strategies
  • Working for accomplishing self and team targets.
  • Ready to travel across the city and have good knowledge of developments and localities
  • Responsible for overall team performance, capability development, and managing key client relationships from time to time

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications.

  • Proven work experience of 1-3 years in Real Estate
  • Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities
  • Ability to manage to be the part of the team of sales executives and be able to achieve
  • Should possess strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Perseverance and endurance to stay focused and aggressive
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
